*The very first review was given to us by a customer who messaged us the review via Etsy to put where we could. He had missed the deadline for leaving an Etsy review and knew how powerful his review could be to a small husband-wife business like ours and so was kind enough to still write one. “First of all – the wooden wedding ring is gorgeous! And that’s what matters most… But you can see pictures for yourself on the website… What you might not see, is that Tanner’s customer support is by far the best experience I have ever had online.
– He has responded to every message I have sent within the hour – and usually within about 5 minutes.
– The original ring I ordered came a little small (my fault for not having a good grasp on my ring size), and Tanner took the ring back no questions asked, and replaced it within the week with one that fits perfectly – for free.
– The craftsmanship is top notch! I love the uniqueness of a wooden ring, and the stained/polished nature of the work really brings out the natural grain of the wood.
– On top of all this, the price is amazingly low – and it feels good giving the money to a small business.
If you are still on the fence about buying one of these rings, do yourself a favor and at least message Tanner and his wife with some questions. I’m sure they’ll respond faster than you can press ‘send,’ and will make you feel as good about buying through them as they made me feel.”

“If I could give the maker 10 stars I would! I love the rings that I ordered, my fiance doesn’t even want to wait until after the wedding to wear his he likes it so much! They look amazing, super comfy, very light weight, thin, and smooth. We are very happy with the outcome, and eventually will be back for more. The customer service that I received during this process was outstanding. The maker is wonderful to work with. He is prompt and will always get back to you quickly. It took me months to finalize my order, he was awesome to answer every question and help me pick out what I needed. He had my rings to me within a week of my order, looking fantastic. I even ordered the wrong size, he had it fixed and returned to me the same day free of charge, it fits perfectly now. I am so happy with the product and care that I received.”

“I can’t even begin to express how pleased I am about having worked with Tanner. My fiance and I had been looking around for wooden rings for our wedding on October 9th, and stumbled across Tanner’s Etsy page. After looking over the rings and different options for wood types and seeing that 5% of the proceeds from the rings goes to fight human trafficking, we knew this is where we wanted to get our rings. Tanner was so helpful when we went through the process of ordering the rings, and made them exactly how we wanted them. We ended up having to send my finaces ring back twice due to it being too small, but Tanner was so kind and patient with us and went above and beyond with helping us have the rings ready and taken care of before the wedding!
